When you buy catheters online from CatheterDeals.com your order will ship from one of our warehouses located closet to your home. With 9 warehouse located across the US, your order will usually get to your doorstep in 1 to 3 days.

Place your order before 4:30 PM EST on Monday – Friday and your order will ship that day. Any order placed after 5pm, or on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays, will be shipped on the following business day.

CatheterDeals.com uses Fed Ex for prompt and fast shipping of your home medical supplies to your doorstep. No signature is required for delivery. Your order is left at your doorstep by Fed Ex. Deliveries to a business address will be delivered to a person inside your location. CatheterDeals.com will send you tracking information of your shipment via email to the email address provided at checkout. Fed Ex makes Home deliveries Monday through Sunday, and Business Deliveries on Monday through Friday.

Exchanges & Returns

Please call or email customer service to obtain a RMA#, Return Merchandise Authorization. You must have this RMA# before returning your purchased items for an exchange or return. We will communicate the proper labeling, method of returning, and location to return package. These 4 criteria are needed to ensure your purchase is properly handled swiftly, and to your satisfaction.

• Exchanges and Returns are allowed for Un-Used and Un-Opened products only.
• Exchanges and Returns are only available for 30 days after purchase date. 
• Shipping cost is non-refundable, and will be reduced from the credit given to a returned order. This includes orders that received free shipping promotion offer value of shipping cost.
• Free Shipping is a Promotional Offer that is reduced from the amount of the credit due back from a returned order.
• Shipping expense of sending exchange or return product back to us with an approved RMA# is customers responsiblity.
